Growing guide
Sowing: Sow between March and May, ideally in pots in a warm environment maintained at a minimum temperature of 20°C.
Cultivation: Once the plants have reached the 3 to 4-leaf stage, transplant them after the last frosts, spacing them 60 cm apart in the rows, which should themselves be 1.30 m apart. Be sure to hoe and weed regularly to encourage harmonious growth.
Harvesting: Picked in their juvenile stage, these cucumbers can be enjoyed raw as an aperitif, a perfect accompaniment to cherry tomatoes. For an even more original culinary experience, preserve them in vinegar, turning them into delicious homemade pickles.
