Product Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your choice, you can return your products to us.
At Growshopsand within the framework of the right of retraction(Article 2), all the products benefit from the clause "satisfied or refunded" during 14 days as from the delivery date - In accordance with the law on the sale by correspondence.

The products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, duly sealed. As soon as we receive your package, we will refund the purchase price.

The costs related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the buyer.
In no case the product can be returned without prior agreement of the S.A.V Growshops who will give the returned product a return number. Requests must be made by e-mail.
