Where is my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, we send you an e-mail with a link to track the delivery of your package.
You just have to click on this link to follow in real time the delivery of your order.
You can also track the delivery of your package at any time on the UPS, Colissimo or chronopost websites thanks to the tracking number indicated in the e-mail confirming the shipment of your order.
If your package is shipped with calberson, a phone call will be made to agree on an appointment.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

A delivery notice is left in your mailbox. On this card, you will find the date of the delivery and the post office where you can pick up your package.
You must go to the post office indicated with the notice of passage and an identity card. Your parcel will be kept for 15 days before being sent back to Growshops.
Don't forget that by choosing the delivery in Chronorelais, you can go to seek your parcel according to your convenience and your availabilities. With more than 5000 Relay Points, Chronopost allows you to pick up your parcels where and when it suits you. Your parcel is delivered to a store with extended opening hours, close to your home or office.(See Delivery Methods).

I still haven't received my parcel even though the delivery time has passed, what can I do?

You can check where your parcel is thanks to your tracking number received by e-mail (see Where is my parcel?). If you think that your package is lost, do not hesitate to contact our customer service:

  • By phone at 0 809 100 420 (Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 16:00)
