These rockwool cubes will retain water while their uniform shape will provide air around the root zone in an optimal way. The air will allow for robust root growth and will ensure a very good harvest. This substrate is sterile which will ensure a considerable decrease of pests and will allow you to use 90% less pesticides.
Advantages: - Excellent water retention - High continuous air content - Sterile substrate
When using rockwool in dry state, we recommend to use a mask and gloves to avoid skin and respiratory tract irritation.
There are no special measures for the wet state.
