The composition of this ingot is very simple: it contains only peat and coconut fiber. These two components provide all the essential nutrients to guarantee 4 to 6 months of generous harvests.
Germination is optimized thanks to seeds held in place by an organic clay that regulates humidity.

Organic Pak Choï flavor:

Pak choï has a slightly spicy flavor. This variety of Chinese cabbage, can be eaten raw, in salads as its young leaves are very tender or cooked well in a wok or with fish.
