Coriander small seeds - La Semence Bio
Coriander, also known as "Chinese parsley" or "Arabian parsley", is an annual plant in the Umbelliferae family. Its bright green leaves and seeds are eaten fresh or dried, while the stems can be chopped.
As for soil preparation, coriander adapts well to all types of soil, but prefers warm, light, well-drained soil. It can grow in calcareous, permeable soils. It thrives in sun and tolerates cold well.
Sow in rows, 1.5 cm deep, from February to September. Coriander has similar water requirements to lettuce, requiring regular watering as it grows. Emergence generally takes between 15 and 21 days.
You can harvest coriander from April to the end of October.
