Description :
Curly parsley belongs to the Umbelliferae family.
The dark-green curly variety has dark-green, sharply-cut, very curly foliage.
Fast-growing and vigorous.
Stems 1/2 tall.
Soil preparation: Parsley likes light, humus-rich, cool soil
Sowing: February to September, 1 cm deep.
Soak seeds 24 h in water before sowing.
Slow germination, then rapid growth.
Keep soil moist during emergence.
Emergence: 6 to 21 days.
Harvest: 3 months after sowing, from April to November. Cut with a knife 3 cm above the collar, and water frequently and copiously.
This variety can be grown in pots or window boxes, in clay-enriched potting soil.
