Create your own vertical garden with ModuloGreen!
Turn any ordinary wall into a vertical garden with ModuloGreen's green wall modules.
These patented modules, made from expanded polypropylene for vertical use, can be used to create green walls indoors or out.
Supplied without substrate, plants can thrive by growing in rich, natural soil or in a specially designed substrate.
Understanding the ModuloGreen principle
ModuloGreen 's concept of honeycomb modules offers a substrate volume of around 4 liters per plant, enabling optimal root development.
The different modules have been designed to create a movement that distributes water evenly throughout the chosen substrate, to optimize water consumption: the average consumption over a year for a square meter is 220L of water.
Connectors are provided on the ModuloGreen, but you'll need an automatic irrigation system, which is not supplied with the module.
Preparing your substrate
The ModuloGreen has been designed to accommodate all types of substrate, but the following must be taken into account Growshops.fr recommends that you prepare your substrate to help your plants thrive on the ModuloGreen green wall.
You'll need to mix different substrates:
- 25% clay ball clay ball
- 25% coconut fiber
- 25% perlite
- 25% potting potting soil

How to install ModuloGreen modules
First choose a load-bearing wall to support the modules, then fix them to an aluminum structure anchored to the chosen wall. It's important to create an air gap between the wall and the modules, to avoid any risk of contamination.
You can also install insulation between the load-bearing wall and the plant wall.
