Description:
The butternut squash is a late running variety. It can produce from 4 to 7 fruits per plant, from 8 to 12 cm in diameter for the cylindrical part and from 10 to 14 cm for the swollen part on 15 to 25 cm high, for a weight of 1.5 to 3 Kg on average. The Butternut squash gives a yellow to orange yellow flesh, fine, buttered and melting like avocado.
