Pour a sample of pH Buffer 4 into a test vessel and insert your pH meter.
Take the reading and if the numbers do not indicate pH4, then the meter needs to be calibrated according to the instructions that came with the meter.
To ensure a long life for your pH Buffer 4, always use a sample from the test vessel and discard once used, as reuse could lead to contamination of the solution and therefore inaccurate results.
